With so many demands on a person's time today, it is often difficult to carve out time for informative reading or even listening to a 28-minute podcast. In order to accommodate busy schedules, Dr. Seltz offers his Liberty Alerts in an MP3 audio format. You have permission to download the files to the device of your choice and listen to them at your convenience. See https://www.lcrlfreedom.org/index.php/liberty-alerts/audio/audio-2022
